RV Reservations

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED WHEN RESERVING AN RV?

The following details are needed:

  • Number of passengers on the trip
  • Departure date
  • Return date
  • Major credit card number, expiry date and verification code for the reservation deposit.
  • Whether you would like to bring any pets.
  • The size or rental code of the motorhome you wish to book.

RV Usage

WHAT KIND OF GAS MILAGE CAN I EXPECT?
Vehicles usually get between 9 to 14 miles per gallon. This depends of course on gross weight, the vehicle size, the speed that you travel, whether you are towing anything.

ARE RVS DIFFICULT TO DRIVE?
No, RVs are not difficult to operate. You should always familiarize yourself with a new vehicle and take it easy. Most people become very comfortable only after a short period of time.
RVs only come in automatic.

DO I NEED A SPECIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE?
All of our motorhome rentals can be driven with a standard driver's license.
International Customers

DO I NEED AN INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS LICENSE?
No, however, an International Drivers License is recommended for ease of use.

DO I NEED TO BRING MY PASSPORT TO THE DEPOT?
Yes, your passport is needed at the depot.

DO I NEED A TRAVELING VISA?
No, you do not need a Traveling Visa if your stay is for 90 days or less and you have a valid, signed passport that won't expire more than six months after departure date.
Ask your consulate or government officials for more information into that.

Payments

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, certified check, wire transfer or bank draft.

IS THERE A DEPOSIT NEEDED?
Yes, A reservation deposit is needed to hold the vehicle for you. This deposit fee is non-refundable. The deposit will be applied towards your rental fee. Please ask about the reservation deposit at time of booking and any cancellation charges that may incur.
Only a valid credit card can be used for the security deposit.

WHAT ABOUT THE PAYMENTS?
Payments are processed at the time of check-out on a major credit card. Any additional charges will be applied within 72 hours after final check-in.

RV Pick-Up

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE RENTAL LOCATION?
Pick-up times are between 1pm – 4pm, It is recommended you call the prior day and schedule a appointment. Please anticipate approximate 90 - 120 minutes to complete all paperwork and the sales rep to thoroughly explain all of the operation of the vehicle, and they will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.

HOW LONG WILL MY PICK-UP TAKE?
Please allow 90 – 120 minutes to complete all paperwork and go through the RV orientation.

WHO SHOULD I BRING TO THE RENTAL OFFICE?
Any additional drivers that will be driving the rental vehicle must be present at time of rental.
The booking must be in the name of the credit card holder. This person must be present at the rental office to sign the rental contract.
You should bring a valid, recognizable and legal drivers license.

RV Return

IN WHAT CONDITION MUST THE VEHICLE BE RETURNED?

  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was at the time of pick up.
  • Gas tank must be full and topped off.
  • Full propane tank.
  • Clean inside.
  • Fresh water, grey water and black water holding tanks must be dumped.
  • Overall, you need to make sure that the RV is returned in the same condition it was received.

ARE AFTER HOUR RETURNS ALLOWED?
No, our location do not allow after hour returns.

SHOULD I ARRANGE A RETURN TIME?
Our return time policy is between 9AM – 11AM. Please call in advance to allow the fastest check-in time service.

WHAT IF I RETURN MY VEHICLE AFTER THE ARRANGED RETURN TIMES?
We charge a $25 dollar per hour late fee after 11AM. No exceptions. By returning the RV rental late, you are inconveniencing the rental location and other customers. That same rental rig might be checked out that same day by another customer.

WHAT IF I WANT TO EXTEND MY VACATION WHILE I AM ON THE ROAD?
Extended days are subject to availability and require approval from the rental location. Please call as soon as you see the need to extend the vacation. We will do everything possible to accommodate you.
